When the family-owned business, Kniesels Collision, needed to modernize their website they allowed me the opportunity to help them with their goals. Working closely with the CEO and Director of Customer Relations we were able to increase customer engagement, better their user experience and focus the site’s objectives.
Designed and developed using a suite of technologies customized to suit their needs we were able to solve all of the issues from the previous, legacy site, including the ability to easily update content internally and answer questions in real-time with their website’s visitors. Kniesels has received accolades from customers and has experienced only increase in their business.
